The WeekEnd!

It is the Friday evening; Ankit came home happily thinking he can get some sleep with weekend movies and series just like his college days. Something was vibrating in his pocket. He took out his brand new smart phone which he purchased a day before, could see his mom name flashing there. After finishing the call, with all his excitement opened his laptop, surfed through his folders. “Ankit, Ankit” someone was calling him. He turned his face from the laptop. A lean, tall, brown eyed Rohit was telling him something. All he could hear is “tomorrow”. He said okay to his conversation and once again submerged into his world.
Next morning someone was waking him up. It is none other than Rohit. With his sleepy face and bagged eyes he was looking him. All he could understand that Rohit wants him to get ready. He is no mood to getup. But still he got up and got ready in 30 minutes. He asked Rohit “Where are we going?” Rohit was starring at him and said furiously “Dude! Come on yesterday we planned for outing with our batch mates.” Ankit just couldn’t recollect what was happing; he just followed Rohit’s words. It was almost 10 pm when he came back to his room. He was way too tired and just wanted to lie down in the bed. But his desire to continue the series where he left yesterday made him to sleep by 3 am.
He could hear some melody from recent hit movie. He slowly opened his eyes. Rohit was listening to that song. He got up and searched for the clock in vain. His brand new phone flashed with a message. He could see his one of the college friend’s name. He quickly went through that. He made himself look good with a brand new t-shirt and jean. Both he and Rohit entered into a mall looking for passing their time. As they loitered through the mall a sudden thought appeared in Ankit’s mind that he has to go to office tomorrow which made him to think how he enjoyed his weekend in a new city with his new friends. As the night fell, he understood his typical IT guy mindset. Next morning, as usual Ankit dressed himself with formal shirt and pant looking forward to his next weekend.
